Complaint
I am appalled by Telkom service. I took out a cellphone contract in Jan 2013 for 24 months. This supposedly ended in 2016 Jan. I then went to a Telkom shop in Brooklyn maol Pretoria to complete cancellation forms. To this date Telkom is still debiti g me and has the audacity to put my name on ITC. I want my name cleared because the call centre agents are just as useless. And I have to keep reversing these debits that are contravening my authority
