COMPLAINT

On the 12th Jan 2022 I took out a contract for a samsung phone together with a watch.I received the phone and told to come the next day for the watch.The next day the watch was still not at the store.Phoned the store on the 14th Jan 2022 and on the 3rd attempt someone answered the phone The watch is still not available and the lady advised they don't know when stock is coming in. Why was I told that the watch will be available the next day.
