Complaint

Good day,

My is Lungelwa Ngadlela,I just called and to spoke a lovely lady by the name of Khethiwe.

I took out a deal with 10 mbps LTE wireless unlimited all hours deal that was R449.

Telkom has been debit almost double of this amount on my bank account.

I was told that this is due to subscription that is added on this service number *** and have not subscribe anything to this number.

I want my money to be refunded back into my bank account before taking this matter further.
