Complaint

I purchased an airtime voucher at Boxer store on the 9th of May. When I arrived home and entered the pin, the result was that the pin was invalid. I struggled to contact their customer service but managed to find a person who told me that they can't do anything. Furthermore, I gave up trying to contact them because their system because it consists of computer generated voice that does not give you any option to talk to a human.
