Complaint

Telkom is bad poor service ever the consultants at the greenacres branch always seems like they do not know what they are doing.. I went for a claim the lady couldnt assist me she told me that the system is offline she wil keep on trying but i dont have to wait there, i went home and i called the following day and asked if the claim went through she said no shes still trying i told her its fine she can email me my documents because i dont have money to up an down everyday. I emailed my claim to the insurance and did everything myself. The consultants doesnt have customer service skills at all they are so rude. I went there again to cancel my contract as its about to expire. I wont even want to upgrade not at all, i dont want anything to do with telkom ever. They never even answer the phones at the greenacres branch poor service ever this is too much!
