Complaint

I bought R201 airtime on Monday 27 April 2020 via a banking app, of which it prompted me that the purchase was successful but I still haven't received my airtime even today. I liaised with a guy by the name of Olwethu Diale, who confirmed that he'll escalate my query and it will be resolved by close of business on 28 April 2020 but to date, my query hasn't been resolved.
