Complaint

I'm disappointed with telkom I requested my subscription to be cancelled as I got a better deal else where but to date it's not cancelled. My request is so simple I have two order numbers which apparently they have not cancelled and every Time I call them it's like they so lost and now I can't get WIFI till that order number is cancelled
