Complaint

Last year I went to Telkom @ Prominade mall to terminate a sim card contract I had with them, they gave me a run around said they are logging a case for me coz I can't terminate coz my is suspended, they gave me a ref no ***9, until now I've been doing follow up no results.every month Telkom is busy doing ridiculous amounts of debits on my bank account.This month they debit R1590 on the 24th and R580 on the 31th..every month I must go and do reversal on my account, this ****ing my credit score and they don't care, I'm sick and tired of this they must sort it out coz its causing a lot of strain on my life.im very disappointed with telkom.nosibusiso Mdleleni .***
