Complain with regard to data purchased 3 weeks ago.

My wife bought 2gig for R140 using cellphone banking on the 15th August and the data still never went into the cellphone. She has been gien the run around, emailed the bank statement a couple of times but still nothing. We spoke to several callcentre assistants but nothing comes of it. This has proven to be that Telkom is not a good company to for cellphone operations. They are failing us.
