Complain to telkom and telkom admin plus

I I'm having a telkom contracts for my fones since 2017 and I was paying well and is about 7 contracts as I'm a self employed and most of the numbers are used by my workers and few fone I've are insured and telkom deduct that insurance money on behalf of admin plus but when admin plus doesn't pay our claims telkom pulls themselves back and they find want to intervene whereas they are the one chose insurance for their clients that means telkom is using admin plus to **** their clients so I'm not happy with the service I'm getting from them this is a daylight ******* when I ask to cancel the contracts for the devices they refuse and close all my lines so who ever can assist please advice what I must do
