Complain Telkom & VVM Debt Collectors

I'm struggling now for several months to solve a problem. I've tried all the options possible to get it solved or an answer, still waiting. I've received numerous irritating phone calls and sms's from Telkom DEBT COLLECTORS regarding an unpaid account. When I go into the Telkom App, no Telkom accounts outstanding. I've canceled my land-line years ago, and switched to wireless internet, also canceled 6months ago due to the numerous headaches. All I asked to give me proof of this account. I've also asked the "collectors" to provide me with proof. Still waiting. PLEASE CONTACT ME VERY URGENT REGARDING THIS ISSUE TO GET IT SOLVED. ACC ***. You cannot phone VVM and when somebody phoned the line just dropped.
