Complain TELKOM So call 30 days notice

Telkom is the most unprofessional service provider ever.

I had my telkom Wifi for a while , from when I had the wifi the wifi was a problem I had a total of 7 tecq out no one assisted me.

Every time their was a problem I will call them log a call get the ref nr and so on and so on........

Then when I cancelled my service on the 2 of September 2019 as per them online cancellation which I did , I canceled the land line the Data and the router .

May payments was as follow : It diff every month don't know why as it was supposed to be fix charge. 1 July 2019 : R812 2 August 2019 : R787 2 September 2019 : R800 Telkom Has this 30 notice thing that you need to cancel 30 days ) which I did then on the 2nd the day I canceled my service the did not keep it active for that 30 days they immediately canceled the data and the wifi router but not the Landline as I canceled everything online with the 30 days notes button.

I paid for September 2019 , I have the proof of cancellation and payments I ever done for Telkom.

When I called them last week Friday on the 8 Of November they advise I still owe them R1700 and something Rand.

How do they get that If I canceled my service with notice and they on their side did not even let me use my service for 30 more days as per their terms and conditions.

then I called them they advise I did not pay account told the Lady I made my payment for September told her want to speak to manager she was so rude and she let me hold on for an hour just to hang up the phone.

I will not pay them the R1700 if I canceled the service and did make September 2019 payment when they cancel the service before their so called 30 days I did not use the service after the 2 September .

Telkom you can close your Doors because you are useless and ********** in so called 30 days service .

Please can someone assist me in this matter as I want it sorted out I will not pay them if they want to take me to court I will gladly go because when I am done with them they will remember how many clients they have done this to and I know I am not the First one.
