Complain Telkom

I have never experienced such service in my entire life i must say they realy dont know what they are doing i am everyday calling about the same thing and still no help i mean is now a month and soo. I have ordered a phome a month back till today nothing is happening i am the one who will run after them begging them asking questions but yet nothings happens all i hear is the same story that they will escalate but no change and honestly their consultant seem not to care it shows that is how they are trained to treat customer because all of them not even one person is will to go an extra mild i am so irritated Telkom this is simply if u have enough customer and you feel you do not want more stop advertising is realy irritating .
