Complain regarding a watch am paying for but don't have it with me.

Hi I got a very bad experience at Telkom Eastrand Mall,November I went to take up a contract with them for a phone and a watch,the consultant who helped me was able to give me the phone on the days but told me that the watch is not available in store at that time so I will get a call once it's available so i cn collect it,I was fine with that as he told me it can take 2 to 4 weeks still i was fine with that but from November till now Feb no call no email regarding this yet i get calls from sales trying to sell me other products and I explain to them about my problem they give me different numbers to call the shop but no answer. I am paying for the watch which I don't have with me I am very disappointed with this as communication regarding the invoice I do get but they can't contact me to collect my watch.
