Complain

I have been calling Telkom since Monday. The agents who has been trying to assist was extremely helpful even though they were not able to fix my problem. I had 2 agents who said they would get a technician out, but to no avail.

This afternoon the lady confirmed that someone will be coming.

When i called now i was told that the line was connected, still no technician.
