Complain

I had a contract phone with Telkom for years. Paid accordingly until my last day in August last year. no skipped instalment nothing to say am disappointed It's an understatement. End of September they deducted when I called they said I owed explain even sent proof that no month was unpaid for nd staff October they didn't deduct okay came November they did the samething. I tell you of you want a phone contract stay away from Telkom. They will suck you dry. Skipped December this month another deduction went off. Mind you I call them again they said samething. How can such a big comp not stand on the contract signed nd try to rip me off every second month people stay away from such ****mers as Telkom
