Complain

Telkom is not good at all.in 2017 i lost my ID and later 2020 i found that it was used for ***** in Telkom.i found that because Telkom consultant called me and said i owe R75 000.00 when i asked what is that R75 000.00 for they said i took 2 mobile IPHONES of which i don't know anything about IPHONES.I tried to open a case but the police wanted the print-out from Telkom that explain "When did i took that IPHONES,WHERE, AND MODEL OF THE PHONES" but Telkom failed to provide such information now my life is stuck i can't do anything because computers keep saying i own Telkom..Telkom failed me they failed to investigate this matter thoroughly😡
