Complain

Guys please this is not on and I don't agree with this , my wifi has been off for a hole week and 4 days been phoning ever since it been off they said our wifi is active but it's not working we have a faulty in our box or one of the cables the wifi icon doesn't even show on the box so how we be active , I've been waiting for an technician to come out for a week now , how longer should I wait ? Its lockdown and I can absolutely do nothing cause my wifi has been off , it's been paid for the month and now i can not even use it , so when are you guys planning on sending out someone to come an have a look . I can not phone all day then it's and not even get the proper service or help they said they gonna send people amd I'm still waiting , please guys this is not fair , do your jobs right .
