Complain.

I don’t know how to sort out a problem I have with Telkom. So I have contracted phone with telkom , monthly instalment is supposed to be R1370 and it should be debited on the last day of the month. debit order has not been done on the agreed day, the amount debited is not always what we had agreed on and also I always have outstanding amount which I don’t know how, I went to Telkom stores twice I called the call center several times but my problem is still not solved. Right now I think I should just close the contract and never use Telkom ever again because the inconvenience I have with Telkom is exhausting!
