Complain

I am tired with telkom they debited more than what they where supposed to on 25 August 22 and I called their call center for refund till today I am still calling and they saying within 24hours I will receive my funds they always saying they escalated the matter I am tired of calling telkom call center becs they are not helping 😡😡😡😡
