COMPLAIN

Im so so Frustrated with Telkom ,I have sent a request to cancel my my contract that expired in May but they are still debiting my account for an expired contract,Please i want this cancelled and they must pay back my money,nobody wants to attend to my query ,you try to call they do not pick up,I send cancellation request on their website and there is no response, i sent the request on twitter i was told to log my query on the website. Im sick and tired of TELKOM.
