Complain against Telkom that is causing my life a hassle

I have a complaint against telkom on the 09th of Jan I got a call from the call centre and I was advised overdue amount of 1680 of which the person I was speaking to said that's the overdue amount that I need to pay and agree that I'm going to pay on the 05th of feb and the person said if I don't pay by the 05th my services will be suspended of which I did pay 1700 on the agreed date .today on the 16th I call again and I spoke to the lady asking when are they unsuspend in my line only to find that I owe 780 and I ask why and I was advised that monthly I'm charged monthly rental of total of 230 or so then I asked why should I pay monthly rental when I can't even receive the call on the line and the lady said she will refer me to the manager of which she put my call on hold forever I'm not happy about their services poor service They can also listen to voice calls My landline no ********** 041 the one suspended but paying monthly rental for something that I'm not using it I ask if I can cancel the lady said when I'm done paying when is going to be as everymonths I'm charged something that I'm not using but I get billed for renting tjoooooo I'm not happy at all with telkom
