Complain about Telkom Service

I'm so disappointed about Telkom in Three Rivers, Sean Skhosana was one of the consultants that failed to help me. It's been approximately 6 years since I've been using Telkom unlimited phone. Now I'm encountering problems because my phone ***) has not been working and I've been going for several times to Telkom (Three Rivers) and they keep taking me back and forth. I'm not owing Telkom. This is not making sense. End of Nov i paid R965, after that my phone still didn't work and when I went back I was told there's a shortage of 30c, then I paid it.. But till now the phone doesn't work. Now when I go back to them, they demand R1500 plus interest... R2300... I find this ridiculous. I need you to make a follow up on this matter and I need my phone to work ASAP...
