Complain about Telkom sales person

On the 28/06/2022 received the call from the sales person called Mohammed around 12.20 pm to upgrade my Sim as I didn't want to upgrade the cellphone mobile which I agreed on the Sim but not the mobile he never advised that it's not a top up but the open service. However I've been trying to get a hold of telkom to change to top up but am not getting joy out of the service after six years having contract with them please help me out
