Complain about Telkom Online service

I will like to complain about Telkom online service as I ordered phone online, R269 was deducted from my account and I was told that the money will be refunded back to me as soon as a first debit order goes through. Secondly I ordered one phone online but 2 phone were delivered, I sent them the email to come collect the phone they came and collected the phone never explained to me that I have to cancel online I cold them to assist me I was assisted by a consultant who never told me that I have to go online and cancel. I was charged for 2 phones n I canceled yesterday but now I have to wait for money.. I'm really not happy about the service I got n they are so unprofessional
