Complain about telkom mobile

The telkom service it's very bad and too much **********, I fail to understand how they operate in terms of this contract phones, furthermore even when I go to their telkom store they still tell me they don't have a clue of what is happening I should just wait for a call from their money collectors.. Even today I'm still waiting.. People should be careful of how telkom rob people unnecessarily so. When they approached me offering a phone they told me I qualify for 2 phones with 550 to pay, eventually when they deduct their money it was 715, it has been like that and I tried to contact them until I decide to block their debit, then they doubled the amount the following month and I let it go through it was 1400 plus... Fine it is paid but still they still want to deduct more 2600 I don't know for what good reason somebody help because telkom themselves are failing us as costumers.
