Complain about confirmation letter

Poor services received from Telkom call centre agent ,I phone and asked for a letter confirming that my account is up to date ,and I was told they don’t issue that ,her attitude is pathetic,her name is Nompumelo Mobogo, I don’t see myself taking any product with Telkom.But was suprising when I phone a yesterday I was told that I will able to get a letter today.Ref for yesterday’s call ***4.I will never advise friends and family to do a business with Telkom
