Complain

Telkom Express in Cresta Mall behave like ****a shop, i bought a modern on the 13/05/2020, i went there to buy HUAWEI and consultant told me he have something better than HUAWEI. To my surprise he was not telling the truth. i took it back today 14/05/2020...... Now they telling me no one forced me to buy that so they wont be able to give me the HUAWEI i was looking for coz i oped the box. now i have a question, is there a policy in place stipulating that as am currently not aware off?
