Complain

Hello, I'm not happy with the way you treat your customers, I want to do a sim swap as am typing am in telkom Sunnpark shop, i was asked to bring my work permit or my slip that shows that i have app**** for work permit. My concern is why don't you ask us those things when registering to use telkom, why are you asking them now . Now am being told i have to wait for 5 days to review my slip that i app**** for work permit. Please tell us in advance before we start choosing your sim card.
