complain

I have bought a cellphone last year in August at Telkom loch Logan in Bloemfontein via a 36 months contract and from the beginning the cellphone network was not working properly and we send it back to the shop , they said it was because of the settings , however even after that the network started giving us problems again, the cellphone network becomes on and off. then the 2nd time we return the cellphone in June they told us the cellphone was out of warranty whereas the warranty was for 1 year and after that they told us we have to pay 8 000 in order for them to repair the cellphone
