Complain

Telkom don't want to give me 1gig for cancellation of wifi data,I was sent sms as one who is going to receive 1gig data,but it was not done and I enquired and i was told to send sms as proof but sms was deleted .Since I don't have the sms they can't allocate that 1gig and I ask them above criteria but they could explain, even now I still waiting for them to explain
