Complain

Telkom is a worse night mare I've ever experienced . I had a case with them since from January and they promised to refund me on the 22nd August 2020 still waiting. I sent my bank statement to proof I haven't received any money from them. Even now I'm waiting. My patience is over, I want my money back. Provide feedback.
