Complain

I bought a phone on the 9th sep at The Glen Telkom because I was in the area and needed a phone urgently but since I bought this phone,I'm charging it everyday which not normal cause I don't use a lot of apps that may drain the battery and this should be out of box failure.I then took it to Telkom Clearwater since it's the nearest store but they refuse to help me and told me to take it to The Glen because they are not franchise,what the hell!!when we buy these products you guys don't tell us this nonsense.we see Telkom as 1 company.you have the most rude consults,you would swear you hire them based on how rude they can be.this is the worst service ever..I'm going to take this to the ombudsman if this won't be attended.
