COMPLAIN

I'm very disappointed with telkom shop in cornubia mall, I went there to do a Sim swap last Friday and I'm surprised today to get sad news. The lady by the name of Nomusa who was helping me did an unprofessional job. She do a Sim swap for me with a new number, I've got my sms, airtime and data back on a new Sim card but it's on a new number now. And I'm so very angry about this. It's shows that they are unprofessional.
