Complain

I would like to make a serious complaint regarding the service I got from telkom, I bought pocket router including a SIM card, the router was for 11 Gigs and the SIM card was worth r75, unfortunately I only get 2gig worth of gigs ever since June I then called to ask why am I only getting 2 gigs and they advised that they will rectify this but I have been waiting since June !!! The worst part is that I’m being deducted for the 11 gig and only getting 2gigs I’ve been told that they will repay me back for all the months till now no payment has been paid back to me and I am even unable to reverse the debit order this is so frustrating I want my money back or they must give me the 11 gig that I am currently paying for pleas this has gone for too long
