Complain

I would like to complain about Telkom fiber service. You call their service Centre you always being told that is sitting on Bulk Fold, it has been 4 days so far and they don't give you an update nothing. Considering the fact that most of us are working from home it becomes difficult to get your work done. Telkom does not keep their promise of providing the customer service required. Am thinking of cancelling the service and try other service providers.***
