complain

Took out a device contract end of June , worse mistake of my life , P40Lite the device wasn't working properly and I took it back to the store in greenstone on the 14/09/2021 where they booked it in foe repair , I told the manager there that I refuse to pay 22 month for a fixed device I need the device changed , she said she's logging a query for me but when I call or mail she doesn't reply in time , am so annoyed with Telkom right now cause am struggling working without a phone .
