Complain

Telkom Hillcrest Branch ..went to change the data plan only they settle one of my account without my concern I call the call center said Im must go the branch that assisted me.okey went to the branch couldn't assist I Asked for the mananger Im so sad for the *********** .She sit down infront of a system and then she said the client is entitled to pay for her debt and she went away that was Shannon King ,but all I know I am entitled for my debt for over 24 Months not to settle without telling me ..I need someone from telkom to call me explain what happened into my account
