Complain

Our WIFI connection cut off over a week ago after being struck by lightning, we reported the matter they came after a week to try to fix it but I wasn't fixed the technician guy (Rufus)said would come back but never returned even today,we are being given ref numbers with no assistance when we call head office,we are spending more on Data but we are paying for Wifi ,telkom doesnt consider its customers ,Telkom kindly assist in fixing the cables to restore internet connection, the latest ref we got:***9
