Company that just *****s money

I was struggling to cancel my Account at Telkom for over 6 Months previously, where I would phone them every single week to find out what the hell was going on with my Account because I send in Cancellation Requests over and over and over again every single time, sending proof of Cancellations to one Consultant one after the other every single week until finally I was given a phone call with Good News, AFTER I had wrote a Bad Review on Hellopeter that I was really unhappy with the service, that my Account would FINALLY be Cancelled. Shortly after I was given a Phone Call saying my Account will be credited with the Amount that was building up on my Account that was in the period of my Cancellation Struggle. Today on the 12th of January 2018 I received an SMS saying I have a Summons because I owe Telkom almost R7300. WHAT THE HELL? My Account was not Credited, so now I am responsible to pay Telkom, that kept me Hostage against my Will, ignoring my Cancellation various times and now I have to pay an overdue amount that I am not even responsible for? This Company is Cancer and I will do everything in my being to destroy this company if needed. You are ruining my Credit Score, what if my name is going to be Blacklisted because YOU CAN'T DO YOU JOB? I can guarantee one thing, if this thing is going to Court, many other people will follow me because many, MANY other people have been kept Hostage from your Cancellation *****. Fix it, or else I will Fix it on my terms.
