Company email domain blocked with no authorisation

Our company is experiencing serious challenges with Telkom.Its been 4 weeks that we have been trying to resolve the domain challenge which was cancelled without our authorisation.Their call centre and their sales division have tried to assist us with no positive result.The business is completely unoperational for the past 4 weeks.
