I have a contract with Telkom and I was paying it on time every month I then went on maternity leave and tried to call them to tell them I'm on maternity leave I cannot pay , they then handed me over before calling me back to find out why I a am not paying, I said okay fine I will still continue to pay my account , even though it's handed over , I then made the 1st payment and the second payment and the amount owed is still not going down instead it has increased , I have sent proof of payment to the lawyers where it was taken over , but still there is no one to assist me , not even to give me a statement instead I keep getting messages that I owe. I do work for the newspapers and will be taking this to social media as this is unacceptable!!!!!
