Companies ignoring reviews, what's to do to hold them accountable

I think we should have a rating of less than 1 star for companies such as this one. Just going through other people's review, I am not surprised that there is no response to all reviews. Just like for everything else in this country, no one takes responsibility but everyone takes the bonus. The Media is also not helping. The only thing they are reporting on such companies is their growing profits and huge bonuses, and not that these companies are ******ing money from customers. There is a sense of hopelessness that comes across the many reviews here. I'm sure there is a government body that should be responsible for fixing this mess, but they are hiding behind red tape and their huge salaries. What do we do next?
