Compalint on Hellopeter still no assistance

<p>I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter on the 7 June, to which Telkom just rep**** that I should ********** with my query, which I did on the very same day, and it just seems as if the emails and complaints get ignored, to date I have not recieved even a response to my complaint reference no SM240326 with the telphone number effected bieng ********** </p>
