Telkom is indeed running a price fixing in the background.How is it possible that you can't purchase R49 LTE bundle when have a balance of R50 in your account.IVR and ussd code confirmed the balance but their consultant told me I have R38.I then purchased R29 bundle and got notification balance of R20.57.My balance was suppose to have been R8 or R9.All the time when I try to purchase LTE Bundle for any amount I have to recharge more with R12 to successfully buy the data.Can Telkom explain this it doesn't makes sense and not in line with Consumer Rights.And I don't think ICASA AND Competition Commission will allow this.And when u complain they promise a call back which never happen.This is Wrong
