Communications leave me speechless
<p>Telkom have outdone themselves again. Telkom have failed to deliver after the sale was complete. The incompetence of the staff in the Telkom Hillcrest branch is a joke. They literally laugh at your frustration. Unmanaged over the weekend they have absolutely no empathy or concern for their clients. It is tiring that you have so little choice in South Africa and have to do business with this monster. Sould Telkom read this the reference is 163827/26. </p>

Please note that despite Telkom making contact we still do NOT have Wifi. It is 6 weeks later and they apparently are waiting for contractors to attend to it. This is UNACCEPTABLE
