communication revert
I have spoken to an agent on 3 occasions with regards to my cell upgrade and the communication I have sent appears not to have been attended to. I have been a customer of telkom mobile for a long time and this is unacceptable service. They have sent me an sms stating that due to my contract term ending there's a revert to standard price(increased) & will credit me once the contract details are done. This isnt acceptable, more than one occasion I have tried sorting this out with them.
