Good Day

I have app**** for a phone contract online on the 2nd of May, Telkom did phone me back on the 3rd but we got cut off during the call, the lady didn't even phoned me back, so I have no idea what my outcome of the deal was. I phone them today 6 times and everytime they hang up. If someone can just phone me back or send an email atleast any communication will be appreciated.
