common courtesy telkom really this is not some junior small busness ran by juveniles

<p>i sometimes cant make calls depending on where i am, which i can understand. but not being able to use my cellphone to convert my airtime to data or using my phone to buy bundles. the whole day then being on hold for over 40min trying to understand what the hell is going on. what would it have cost you to send a text explaining that you guys are not working today and that we should find other means for getting data or bundles.</p> <p> </p> <p>it is common courtesy and a decent thing to do, getting an error report the whole day and being on hold and being told how my patience is appreciated when all you could have done was let me know!!!!!!!! im appauled to say the least, i buy your product the least you can do is do your bit Nxlaaaaa </p>
