Telkom phoned and offered me a upgrade but consultant went and took out a new line. Now telkom is suspending my account for being over limit each time. No one is willing to sort my account out. Despite their accounts being on debit order and the debit orders being deducted they are still suspending my line. No one is investigating a dispute
